The Anniversary Update was the fourteenth update in RWBY: Amity Arena, as well as the first anniversary update. It was implemented on October 23, 2019.[1]

Changes[]
- Beginning with this update, "I May Fall" replaced "This Will Be the Day" as the default game music.
- Various changes were made to the Plaza.
Buffs[]
- Lancers: The number of Lancers was increased from 3 to 4, their ATK Range was increased from 2 to 2.25, and they are now summoned in a horizontal line.[1]
- Lancer Swarm: The number of Lancers was increased from 5 to 8, their ATK Range was increased from 2 to 2.25, and they are now summoned in a horizontal line.[1]
- Arslan Altan: Her Skill Cooldown was reduced from 28s to 16s.[1]
- Checkmate: Their Skill Cooldown was reduced from 28s to 14s.[1]
- Hazel Rainart: His Skill Cooldown was reduced from 21s to 19s.[1]
- Biker Yang: Her aura cost was reduced from 5 to 4, her HP was reduced by 20%, her ATK Power was reduced by 11%, and her ATK SPD was increased from 1.6s to 1.4s.[1]
- Bumblebee: Their HP was reduced by 12%, their ATK Power was reduced by 2%, their ATK SPD was increased from 1.6s to 1.4s, and their Skill ATK Power was increased by 96%.[1]
- Scythe Ruby: Her ATK SPD was increased from 1.4s to 1.3s.[1]
- Yatsuhashi: His Drop Skill Power was increased by 100%.[1]
- Parasol Neo: Her HP was increased by 94%, and her Umbrella Shield HP was reduced by 36%.[1]
Nerfs[]
- White Fang Gunners: Their ATK Power was reduced by 15%.[1]
- White Fang Thugs: Their ATK Power was reduced by 10%.[1]
- Partners in Crime: Their aura cost was increased from 5 to 6.[1]
- Pomegrenade: Their Skill Power multiplier from their previous buff was reduced from x5 to x4.[1]
