Competitive Analysis[]
Flame Cinder primarily plays as a chip wincon and support unit, being a glass cannon with extremely high DPS. The benefit of Flame Cinder's area-of-effect skill is her low cooldown of 16 seconds, allowing for it to be used defensively only to then refresh for a counter-push. If Flame Cinder ever reaches an enemy turret, the structure's health will melt away at a rapid rate even if she isn't supported by other units.
However, despite this, the unit has exploitable weaknesses that prevent Flame Cinder from being overly reliable. As a result of her dash passive's massive targeting range, Flame Cinder has a tendency to go to the middle lane, allowing her to be chipped down by both turrets. Furthermore, she is easily countered by most multi-unit Normal cards, forcing early skill use, and the skill's cast time has a large window for stuns.
She is perhaps best paired with Ice Weiss and AK-135, which carve a path for her to reach the turret. It's hard to say that Flame Cinder is a bad card, but for the hefty 6-aura cost she can be underwhelming due to a large skill curve in the unit.
