Pomegrenade is a 6-aura combo unit in RWBY: Amity Arena. Unlocked at Beacon Academy Tower, Pomegrenade is a melee unit that causes damage upon landing.

Pomegrenade was concocted by Jaune in a spur of the moment during the fight against a Giant Death Stalker in the Emerald Forest. This maneuver caught the eye of professors and was pivotal in the creation of JNPR. However, it was named later down the line after Jaune got jealous hearing about Ruby's team attack names.

After Pyrrha's passing, her role has to be taken up by Jaune, but the name forever remains.

Pomegrenade's summon quote and skill usage quote are taken directly from the eighth episode of Volume 1, "Players and Pieces".
With three voice actors, Pomegrenade is tied with Checkmate and Flower Power for the unit with the most voice actors.
Whenever Pomegrenade is killed, Pyrrha's death animation resembles her death from the Volume 3 finale "End of the Beginning".
