- Scythe Ruby's summon quote is taken directly from the video game RWBY: Grimm Eclipse.
- Scythe Ruby's School Uniform and Food-Fight Outfits outfits make her uniform's skirt blue, despite the fact that the skirt is red in the show. The exact reason why is unknown, but it could be to differentiate between Scythe Ruby and Sniper Ruby.
- Scythe Ruby's model was the first model created for RWBY: Amity Arena.[3]
