"This Will Be the Day" is a 2013 song written by Jeff Williams and performed by his daughter Casey Lee Williams. Featured as the opening theme of RWBY's first volume, the song was later featured in RWBY: Amity Arena.
Beginning with the Anniversary Update, "This Will Be the Day" was replaced by "I May Fall". However, with A Sweet Update, "This Will Be the Day" was brought back into the game.[1]
